  • How to make payment? – Payment is advance. To bank account or wallets like paytm, freecharge, payu
  • What is the cost? – Cost depends on design, size and quantity
  • How cost is calculated? – Cost is calculated based on design, size and quantity
  • I have made the full payment, what to do next? – Once payment is done do let us know. Share screenshot, receipt on whatsapp. We will check (which may take time) and inform you whether we have received it or not. In case we haven’t received we will inform you and have to confirm us again. In case we have received full payment, we will start working on it
  • I have made partial payment, what to do? – You have to make full payment in advance. In some cases, processing might be started depending on availability of resources

Shipping

  • Are there any shipping charges? – Yes, shipping charges are extra
  • What are shipping charges? – Depends on weight, city and dispatch/courier company
  • In how many days will I get my order? – Order goes for processing after payment is received. Order are generally shipped/dispatched in 1-3 days (working days) after payment is received and confirmed by you. But this process may get delayed due to resource(s) constraints. After dispatch it depends on shipment/courier service provider on how much time it takes. We don’t have control over this and we don’t track shipment/courier. It has to be tracked by you only.
  • Can I pick order by visiting you? – Currently this option is not there
  • What if I don’t receive courier on time? – We don’t track courier/shipment. It has to be tracked by you only. Related tracking/docket/shipment number would be shared with you after shipment. You have to track it online or with your local service provider. In case it doesn’t reach to you on or before any particular date (relevant to you) we are not responsible.
  • What if I don’t receive courier in 30 days? – Do let us know we will try to check with our courier service provider

  • Can I return products? – No, returns are not accepted
  • Can I get refunds? – No, refunds are not provided
