Workshop on Advancement in MEMS and its Research Aspects 2019
Workshop on Advancement in MEMS and its Research Aspects 2019
about
MEMS has found applications in wide ranging areas such as chemical sensors, biosensors, aerospace, RF circuits, consumer electronics, etc. and it has been identified as one of the most promising technologies for the 21st Century. MEMS-based devices can range in size from a few millimeters to micrometers and have the ability to sense, control and actuate on the micro/nano scale. The MEMS industry is expected to be the driving force for next generation systems and subsystems. More recently, the MEMS research and development community has demonstrated a number of devices used to address various research problems. This workshop aims to provide an excellent platform for industry professionals, researchers, faculty members and students to interact and share ideas on MEMS technology and its emerging applications.
