steps:
1. First of all, host has to arrange pen and paper for each player.

2. Call the players on chairs to sit around the table.

3. Give each player a pen and paper.

4. In a time limit of five minutes players have to write down the type of diseases caused due to lack of each vitamin.

5. Player who writes maximum diseases wins the game.

rules:
Time limit is one minute.
