steps:
1. First of all, host have to arrange a pack of cards and 11-12 joker cards.
2. Mix 11-12 joker in a card pack of 52.
3. Distribute 4 cards each among all ladies.
4. Now start from one lady tell her to take randomly a card from lady sitting next to her. Similarly all ladies will try to get joker from the lady sitting next to her.
5. After giving one chance to each lady. Start second round and let ladies to choose themself that from whom she would like to take the card (whom she thinks having maximum number of jokers).
6. After second round ask ladies to show and count the jokers they have.
7. Lady with maximum number of jokers wins the game.
