steps:
1. First of all, host have to arrange A tub filled with water (3/4th), Holi colour, Balloons and toothpicks.
2. Add color to the water in tub (you may skip this if not playing this game as part of Holi Party Theme).
3. Blow the balloons and put them in the tub.
4. Since air filled balloons are light weight, they will float on the surface of water.
5. Keep one more bowl near water tub.
6. Now call each member one by one and each participant gets one minute to prick the balloon and put it in other bowl and then burst balloons with the help of toothpick.
7. The one who bursts maximum balloons in one minute wins the game.
