Can't Say a Word is a game some play currency or some other unique item like chocolates etc. are given to every member. Each guest gets 1 (sometimes even more say 5) of this piece when she arrives. They cannot say 'a particular word' for the rest of the party which is decided before hand and told to every one. If one guest catches another guest saying 'that particular word,' the offending guest must surrender her 1 unit of unique item to the guest who caught the mistake.
