For the decorations use black, hot pink or red colors which symbolize being naughty. You can divide the kitty party room in two portions and decorate one portion with black velvet drapes and other portion with white silk fabric for being nice. Spread black lace, feathers and devil red horns headbands on the naughty chairs and tables. You can decorate party hall with balloons of red colour and paste the pictures of sexy and hot models on the wall.
