For the decorations of Alice theme kitty party set up a long table with teapots, mismatched teacups, saucers and chandeliars etc. Like a doll house teacup set combine the large teacups with small teacups and even with tiny teacups. Use a colorful or checkered tablecloth. Have an assortment of ‘odd’ chairs around the table, so that people have to sit at different heights. Stack teacups and saucers and glue them together to create a tiered teacup cake stand. Keep some colorful patio umbrellas or you can also try to keep simple umbrellas. Decorate them with dots on the outside and/or pieces of crepe paper / cloth on the inside, so they resemble mushrooms. Tilt some of the umbrellas and set them at different hieghts. Hang colorful paper lanterns on the ceilings. You can spread Alice In Wonderland theme items on the tables, like little golden keys and keyholes. Put some clocks in the room that are stopped at tea-time. Decorate the floor with chess board like pattern and walls with playig cards. Scatter around some (giant) chess pieces.
