If you are hosting kitty party at night outside then you have stars shining already over your head. Hang some fairy lights around the venue and keep some candles on the tables. Inside, consider using fluorescent paint and a black light to create your backdrop of stars. Use black or dark blue cotton fabric to paint the constellation and hang them around the party room. You can also use dark paper and don't forget to represent all 12 signs. You can place crystal balls at the different corners of your party hall.
