Decorate the entire party hall with bossy things. You can make many tie using chart paper and paste them on the walls of your party hall. You can make cutouts from chart paper and write quotes about boss and hang them from the ceilings of your hall. Place many black color briefcases at the different corners of your party place. Spread white color drapes and put many flower pots on the tables.
