Decorate the entire party hall with round things. Hang bangles from the ceilings of party room. Spread balls and balloons in round shape on the floor. Use circular shaped vases and pots for keeping the flowers. Make many cutouts in circular shape and paste them on the wall. Use round shape clocks and hang them in kitty party room. You can put round swimming tubes at the different cornners of the room. Light up the room with circular candles.
