Decorate the entire party hall with the bottles and packets of surf excel, scotch brite, soaps and shampoos. You can write the various quotes on cleaniness and hygiene on many small scrap sheets and paste them on the walls of your kitty party room. You can hang empty wrappers of shampoos and soaps like dove, lux, pears, loreal etc from the ceilings of the room. Place broom and wipers at the different corners of your party room. Keep a shoe rack at the entrance of the party hall so that guests can leave their shoes out there. Spread white color helium balloons all over the floor. Use clean white table cloth and white candles as show piece for the table centerpiece.
