Decorate the kitty party hall with clothes like shirts, jeans, skirts and hoodies. You can keep many laundary baskets at the different places in party hall. You can tie a rope from one end to onother and hang some clothes over the rope. Make many cutouts in the shape of shirt, jeans and skirt and hang them from the ceilings of party hall. Use white and maroon dupattas as drapes. Decorate the tables with flower petals and pots.
