Decorate the entire party hall with donuts. You can make many donut shaped colorful cutouts and paste them on your party hall. You can arrange swimming tubes which can be displayed at the different corners of the party hall. Set up a Donut bar which contains all types of donuts with cookies and shakes. Decorate the table with colorful mats and napkins. Spread many colorful balloons on the floor. Use pink and blue color dupattas as drapes. Keep beautiful colorful flowers in vases and place candles.
