Set up the kitty party hall with the electronic appliances. You can paste the pictures of electronic devices on the walls like press, refrigerator, TV, fan, bulb and so on. Hang artificial wires from the ceilings. Make cutouts into the shape of bulbs and paste them on the chairs of your guests. You can put glow sticks in the balloons and spread them on the floor. Cover the chairs and table with blue color cloth. You can decorate the walls with small bulbs.
