Decorate the whole kitty party space with frames and hangings. You can either buy frames from market or you can make frames in home and decorate all the walls with different stylish frames. Develop pictures of your kitty friends and fit these pictures in frames. Use pink color ribbons to tie frames from ceilings. Spread pink balloons on all over the party floor. Hang wind chains from the ceilings and use flower strings to decorate the furniture. Display a large frame on the entrance of kitty party hall. Place frames on guests table with their picture inside it. You can make frames using flowers, buttons, leaves and wooden tiles.
