Decorate the entire kitty party hall with the cutouts of fruits and vegetables. You can get artificial fruits and vegetables from the market and use them as hangings from the ceilings with ribbons. You can inflate balloons into shape of fruits like kiwi, pear, apple etc. and spread them on floor. You can make a big banner with words 'Sabzi Mandi' and hang it in the centre of the wall. You can keep fresh fruits and veggies in the baskets on the tables for centrepieces. Use table cloth with fruit prints. You can keep watermelon, pineapple and coconuts as show piece on the tables.
