Decorate the kitty party hall with the pictures of Gandhiji. Decorate the party hall with tricolors - Orange, White and Green. Place tiny flags all over the area or hang them in strings from the ceilings. Use lots of balloons in the same color. Draw a huge map of India on the floor and fill it with Rangoli or flowers. Make a big poster of Gandhiji's three monkeys and paste it on the wall of your kitty party hall. You can keep many artificial charkhas as show piece in this party. Use tricolor for table cloth and inflate balloons in orange, white and green color for spreading them on the floor. Make many banners of quotes and sayings by Gandhiji.
