Decorate the entire kitty party hall with goggles. You can keep many dolls and teddys with goggles on them in your kitty party hall. You can make some goggles shaped cutouts and hang them from the ceilings. Make small funky cuttings and write some lines realted to goggles on them like gore gore mukhde pe kala kala chashma, gulabi ankhein jo teri and so on and paste them on the walls. Spread colorful balloons on the party floor. Use fancy goggles printed table cloth. Keep flower pots at the corners.
