Decorate the entire kitty party hall with all happy things like chocolates, candies, balloons and bubbles. Make happy face cutouts and hang them from the ceilings. Write some quotes on happiness in stylish fonts on different colored cutouts and paste them on the party hall. Pink color is for happiness so drape all the furniture with pink dipattas. Place decorative candles and pots as show piece. Decorate the entrance with banner with written lines 'welcome to the world of happiness'. Hang strings of flowers and wind chains from the ceilings.
