Decorate the entire kitty party hall with the pictures of famous places in Hyderabad. Use fancy old saris as drapes. Hyderabad is also known as city of pearls so you can use pearls to decorate the party hall. Hang strings of pearls from the ceilings. Keep various bowls full of pearls on the table for centrepieces. Hang some paintings on the wall and use craft work for the decoration. Set up a bangle bar with lots of colorful bangles on it. Spread colorful balloons on the floor.
