Decorations For Leap Year Kitty Party

Welcome your guests with a 'Happy Leap Year' welcome banner. Then give them each a green cone hat (or just have these for the kids). Want to really make everyone laugh? Dress up as a Kermit the Frog when you answer the door! And, we know you'll be thinking green for leap day party. Here are some simple green party decorations that you won't want to miss:

1. Green crepe paper - hang it from wall to wall!
2. Green latex balloons - place these on tables and on the floor around the room.
3. Green confetti (mixed with some cute plastic frogs) - scattered on tables.
