Decorate the kitty party room with numbers, numbers and numbers. Make cutouts of numbers from colored cardstock and hang them from the ceiling through ribbons. Inflate colored balloons and write numbers on them and spread them on the floor. Use numbers printed table cloth and use number printed cups, glasses, spoons etc. Keep number candles everywhere in the party hall. Paper numbers hanging from every chandelier in the kitty party room is also a good idea. Use water bottle labels with different numbers for each guest. Have a giant 5 cake with multi color number candles. Hang number & polka dot banner & chocolate bar wrappers.
