Decorate the entire party hall with bossy things. You can make many tie using chart paper and paste them on the walls of your party hall. Place many black color briefcases at the different corners of your party place. Spread white color drapes and put many flower pots on the tables. You can spread file folders and pens etc somewhere in the party hall. Make some small banners and write quotes about office and boss on them and hang them on the walls. Grab some crape paper and brown and gray balloons for decor. This is essential. Set up table chairs and mats in office manner.
