First of all decorate the kitty party hall with the pictures of saas bahu from famous tv shows like Tu Tu Main Main, Ye Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kyonki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and so on. Make some colorful banners on saas bahu lines like 'meri jaisi saas sabko dena', ' meri saas chalbaaz', 'meri pyari bahurani' etc and hang them on the front side. Spread colorful balloons on the floor. Use fancy table cloth and cover the furniture with velvet stuff. Develop the pictures of your guests with their mother in laws and fix them in frames and hang them from the ceilings using ribbons. Make a big banner with lines 'Welcome To Saas Bahu Party' and hang it on the entrance.
