Cut many red cardstock in rectangular shapes and write word sale with white paint on it and paste them on the walls. Make cutouts of t-shirts and hang them from the ceilings. Keep some handbags, footwears, clothes, hair accessories etc in the kitty party hall. Make some small cutouts with lines half price, new season, big offer etc. and hang them everywhere in your kitty party hall. Inflate red color balloons and write word sale with white color paint on them and spread them on the floor. Make a big banner with lines 'Sale In Kitty Party' and hang it on the entrance.
