1. Hula Hoop Chain Race - Divide players into two teams. Have them form a line by holding hands. Hand the first player in each line a hula hoop. The hula hoop must be passed from the first person in line to the last person in line without anyone unlinking their hands. Players will need to step into and out of the hoop, while still holding hands, to move it along.
2. Hot Coconut - Have the players sit on the ground in a circle. Give them a coconut to pass around as Hawaiian music plays. When the music stops, the player caught holding the coconut is out of the game. Play continues until only one player is left.
3. Flip - Flop Toss - Hang a hula hoop from a tree or someplace where it can be suspended slightly above the ground. Give each player a pair of flip-flops to wear. Players will line up and take turns kicking the flip-flops off their feet, attempting to send them flying through the hoop. Score points for players whose flip-flops fly through the hoop.
4. Stack The Leis - Create two lines of players, with partners facing each other about 20 feet away. Place a box of 30 to 40 leis behind one line of players. When you give the signal, players should turn around, grab one of the leis, run to their partner and place it on his or her neck. As soon as one of the leis has been placed on the partner's neck, the runner goes back to grab another. The player who places the most leis on his or her partner first wins.
5. Musical Leis - This game is played just like musical chairs, but rather than chairs, leis are spread out on the ground. When the music stops, players must sit on the ground in the circles formed by the leis.
6. Hula Outfit Relay - In this game, host has to first divide the guest in two teams. Now arrange a full hula outfit which include, Hawaiian Grass Skirt (can be made using coloured paper), hat, Flower Hula Lei Wristband, Garland, flowery head tiara for both the teams. As the time starts, one by one each member from both teams has to put on the full outfit, run to a marked point and come back, then pass the outfit on to the next member in line.
7. Hula Dance - In this game you doesn't need anything. Call the players in playing area. Ask the players to stand in a circle. They have to twist their body on different commands of the host which are, when host says orange twist your waist left, on apple twist your waist right, banana back, pineapple twirl your waist 3 times. Player who moves in wrong direction, will be out of the game.
8. Pineapple Bowling Game - For this game, you have to arrange pineapples pins and coconuts as bowling balls. First of all, set up five to ten pineapples “pins” in a line. Now make a start line about 15-20 feets away from the pins. Divide the guest in two teams and give each player a chance to knock down the most pineapples by using coconuts. The team with maximum balls knocked down wins the game.
