If we talk about holi outfits, white colour always flash in our mind. So we can do one thing, we can make some beautiful combination with white like white & pink or white & green ( plazo dress, long skirt with crop top or jeans top it can be)
Yellow colour traditional dress.
Dress code can be of same kind of dress like all can wear white suit with any bright colour dupatta.
