You can use currency printed table clothes and decorate the furniture with green and white drapes.

Paste pictures of Ganhiji on the wall. Make small banners and write names of various types of taxes like GST, Excise tax, Custom tax etc on them and display them at the entrance. Paste pictures of bollywood movies based on money like apna sapna money money, aamdani athani kharcha rupaiya, Jackpot and so on. Make fake credit cards, debit cards out of cardstock and keep them as table centerpiece. You can keep many handbags full of fake money notes on the tables.
