The objective of the game is to defeat the opponent with all your strength. In order to win the game, one of the participants has to push the other outside the ring or shove him/her away from the circle in such a manner where he/she is still left standing.

Confusing Race - Let all the players stand in a line in the middle of the party hall and when the host will say any fruit name everybody has to run towards left side of the hall and when he says the name of any vegetable everybody has to run towards the right side of the hall. The one who runs towards wrong side will be out of the game.
3. Healthy Tips - For this game host will give pen and paper to each player and ask them to write some health related tips like morning walk is good for health, Avoid late night food and so on. The member who will write the maximum tips in one minute wins the game.
4. Zumba Dance - For this game host has to arrange some zumba music. Players have to take turns by performing zumba one by one. Players will get two minutes to show their zumba movements. The one with best Zumba performance wins the game.
5. Squats Race - In this game host will divide the members into two teams and one player from each team has to do squats in one minute. If anybody stops in between then he/she will be out. Repeat with every other player of the teams. The team whose members perform the maximum squats in one minute will be the winner.
6. Apples Away - Stack five apples on top of each other. First player to get all five apples stacked and remove their hands from the apples wins. Apples must stand for at least three seconds after hands are removed without falling to count.
