Hamare Constitution mein na do cheezein bahut important hai ... ek letter aur ek spirit ... yani joh kanoon mein likha gaya hai woh aur uske peeche ki bhavna ... yahan sab sasure letter pe hi lage rehte hai ... joh likha hai follow karo, filein band karo, ghar jaao ... is chakkar mein spirit, yane ki peeche ki bhavna kahin bahut peeche reh jaati hai
There are two very important things in our Constitution ... the letter and the spirit ... meaning, what's written in words, and the spirit behind it ... but here everyone gets stuck only behind the words ... follow what's written, close the files, and go home ... in this process, the spirit behind it gets left far behind
